The 76ers beat the Pistons, 110-94 — and because analyzing Detroit is, at this point, probably redundant, here’s your explanation according to SB Nation.

Miami defeated the Detroit tonight, 105-89 making them undefeated in the preseason. o_o seven more preseason games to go, Couple of observations about the game - 1. LeBron was announced 1st, Bosh 2nd, & Wade last. 2. Wade tweaked his hammy (edit: strained right hamstring) and will not return**. T. Prince for the Pistons was also hurt, nothing major, and might not come back. 3. Marv, C-Webb, & McHale announced the game. It’s preseason for them as well, with Marv calling LBJ, “Wade” a few times. Tomato/tomahto, right? 4. The Pistons are a team to keep an eye on. They could gel and really be a tough team in the East. Or they could self-destruct and have a handful of players who would make very interesting trade pieces come Jan./Feb. 5. Let’s go out on a limb and predict the Pistons are a solid squad in ‘10/’11 and these two teams meet in the 1st round of the playoffs - (Heat in 4). ** Wade’s injury usually calls for 7-10 days of rest. This actually may allow James and Bosh an op to find that comfort level with their new team. Wade can sit, watch, & come back to play a game or two prior to the season opener with the C’s.

Pistons’ Guard Rodney Stuckey Taken to Hospital After Collapsing in the 3rd quarter in the game against the Cavaliers.

He collapsed on the bench during a time out, ESPN cameras showed the point guard slumping into the arms of the team trainer, in front of confused looking teammates.

Medical personnel rushed over to fit Stuckey with an oxygen mask, and then carried him off off the court in a stretcher. The game was delayed for 10 minutes. Tags: rodney stuckey
