Brittney fans are prolly all over this already BUT I just found this cute sketch & wanted to share.. Designer Twins Dan & Dean of DSQUARED are responsible for her Circus Themed Costumes appropriate for her Circus Tour ;].. it kicked off on the 3rd if I’m not mistaken, in N.O & I’ve seen clips & pics here and there of some of the performances & she starts off with the “cheetah-head, removes it to become the ring-master and lion-tamer, then strips off the jacket to reveal a Swarovski-crystal corset, fishnets and thigh-high boots.. OOOWW !! I LOVE BRITTNEY.. Always have, always will & these costumes are IT.. I hope to be able to go see her when she comes through LA.. VIVA LA LOCA!!

its Sexy time… the temperature are climbing, slowly but surely & although summers not here just yet a lot of us are heading out on spring break trips and wanting to hit that beach but the bikini is doing us no justice.. well, if you haven’t started working out, let your spring break trip be your painful reminder that its time to step it up a notch, or two or ten to be right for a summer in cute skimpy bathing suit, shorts, tanks, sun dresses, or just plain naked if that’s how you get down.. I just hired a personal trainer to kick my ass into shape BUT I know a lot of people have more crucial things to pay for soo, here is installment #1 of HHC, Happy Healthy Confident.. I’m gonna share what I know to work & what I learn from my new drill sergeant :D.. Today: Side Step Carbs?
Long story short, Yes & No… common denominator it so many diets or dieting tips you hear through the grapevine “DON’T TOUCH ANY CARBS, CARBS ARE THE ENEMY.” Yes & No. Obvious you cant be baking a dozen cookies & finishing them alone in one sitting with an episode of for the love or Ray-J.. cookies, pasta, white bread, pretzels, and anything made with white flour or sugar can and should be avoided & if your sneaking it after a work out, thinking no1 will know, your only hurting Yourself.. no1 else is gonna be in that bikini with you.. soo the choice to stay committed is ultimately yours alone..
On a high note though its important to eat good carbs like fruit, whole grain breads, and whole wheat pasta. Those are full of fiber and nutrients that your body needs for energy and for promoting regularity. They’ll also help you lose weight because their high fiber content will keep you feeling full longer, so you won’t find yourself needing to eat as much.. Bread is not out of the question.. just don’t do like me & Gio, weve to LALA’s & literally eaten 3 baskets of bread with the lil herb dipping oil they leave as an appetizer.. [if your embarrassed to ask for another basket, maybe you shouldn’t be having it] but those days are done in the door now.. ALSO important thing, EAT!! Starving your self does-not work. When you do eat again the calories will double what they would normally be because your body goes into defense mode and stores EVERYTHING knowing its going to be a while before it has food again.. soo be aware… eating three meals and a snack between each one is good to speed up the metabolism..
Lastly for those who want to go all the way in, count your calories. don’t dip below 1,200 calories a day. In order to lose a pound a week, you’ll need to omit 3,500 calories a week. So if you cut 250 calories from your diet a day and burn 250 calories a day through exercise, youll melt off those pounds before summer time. It takes hard work and dedication, that most girls arnt up for but Hey, not everyone’s ment to be Sexy, its reserved for the elite that can handle the burn ;] LETS GET IT !!

LMAO, don’t judge me..This look AWESOME… Batman: Arkham Asylum.. I haven’t had much time for video games these past couple years but once upon a time I was the queen of NCAA, TEKKEN, Tomb Raider, Madden 03, 04, 05, ect.. Those were the golden days *overcome with acute nostalgia for my tomboy days

There’s a new form of plastic surgery on the market, SmartLipo gets its name because it gets rid of unwanted fat with less pain and recovery time. No need for anesthesia, because only the areas the doctor is working on are numbed. A laser goes just beneath the skin and melts the fat with ultrasound. Then the melted fat is sucked out. Its said to cause only minimal damage to the nerves and connective tissue, as compared to traditional liposuction that often causes trauma and bruising.
