Most aren’t familiar with Shepard But he is the guy responsible for the Famous Obama Hope picture above. Dude was on his was to his first solo exhibition, “Supply & Demand” at the Institute of Contemporary Ary and cops arrested him under suspension of vandalism for tagging property…no real point to the story just a good time to put a face to the famous pic that was directly associated with our first black president YEE!!! never would have guested it was a normal lookin white guy huh?
