the APT hunt is going welll……… we visited at least 12 different places, ive ben all over the city.. im dead tired.. Staying away from the chaos im out in Santa Monica at the double tree on the beach….. its relaxing.. genius me forgot to bring Heels [i had to pack by candle light sense the power is still out cuz of ike. it was like 10pm and no one was home.. im scared f the dark as it is and my house is really creepy soo, needless to say i was rushing] so ive had to turn down some exciting outings so far, im temped to go buy a pair in the promenade but i dont wanna spend a like $150 on a pair of shoes jus to get some and then NOt have that money to spend twords some investment type heels later.. Dig me?.. ehhhhhh.. iono.. i might jus say fuck it……. But back to business, of all the places i viewed there were Several i really liked im stuck on 2, i have topic between them by tomorrow…… so says my pops.. hmmm..

A. a 1 bedroom apartment like a little less than 800 square feet in Baldwin Hills

Pros:
Solitude
its down the street from the Baldwin Hills Mall
i can do whatever i want with the space & dnt have to answer to anyone
+$20 monthly i get my own covered parking spot
nice view

Cons:
it doesn’t come with a Fridge or Stove [have to buy them]
the area is a tab questionable
its an older building
2 kinda small closets
id have to take my close to a Laundry Mat

B. 2 bedroom 1000 Square feet at OakWood resort style apartments in Toluca Hills

Pros:

new complex state of the art amenities sand volley ball court, pool with a view of LA, basket ball court, fitness center, convient store on the grounds, HUGE walk in closet
garnet counter tops

Cons:
its alot more expensive for a wont bedroom soo
id have to find a rommie
have a roomie
SHare with a Rommie
…i dont wanna a roomie!!!
