I usually try to pick pieces from different designers to showcase the ability to mix & match a season’s collections, but I had to pay homage to the fact that Burberry Prorsum is Over-killin’ this fall 2010, Women’s wear & Homme’.
1. BURBERRY PRORSUM - Olive-green gabardine sheariling & wool jacket with oversized double-layer shearling collar. Gold hardware, brown leather buckle straps & zips, epaulets with designer-stamped buttons, front zip with two brown leather straps on collar, detachable belt, two zip pockets at front & a shearling lining. 100% wool, lining: 100% shearling, trims: 100% leather. $3,595
2. MAJE - Aerien pleated silk-georgette top with tiered pleated layers & a raw trim. Pleated puff shoulders is double layered at front and an exposed gold zip-fastening at back. 100% silk. $365
3. BURBERRY PRORSUM - Silk and wool-blend cropped pants. Concealed zip-fastening and hook fastening at fly, an internal designer-stamped button, side-slit pockets, back welt pockets and are partially lined. $795
4. BURBERRY - Shearling-lined ankle boots. Designer-stamped buckle detailing , 5 inche heel, 1 inch platform, almond toe, exposed silver zip fastening at back, rubber sole and are lined in cream shearling [like the jacket collar] $995
5. CHLOÉ - Darla Chestnut leather tote with gold-tone hardware. Dark-brown leather top handle, buckled strap at top, flap over top, zipped sides, a buttoned pouch and key-cover keyfob at front, stitch detail, metal feet, zipped internal pocket and is lined in black twill. $1,995
